Spaulding Youth Center seeks a Residential Assistant to work with behaviorally-challenged youth ages 6 to 21 years old with neurological impairments, including autism and EH/ID. This is a full-time position working non-school hours from 2:00pm to 10:00pm shifts, including one weekend day or evening (shift differential pay).
Applicants must be able to learn and follow through with treatment strategies and implement residential component of Individual Treatment Plan (IEP) for student. Residential experience with emotionally-handicapped, learning-disabled, or neurobehaviorally-impaired individuals is preferred, but not required. Must be 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED. College degree preferred.
