The School at Spaulding Youth Center is seeking people to join our team as Paraeducators! Under the supervision of a certified teacher, help students experiencing behavioral challenges due to trauma, autism, and other factors build important skills at our state of the art school Monday through Friday 7:00AM-3:00PM. The Paraeducator role is an active position, so the successful Paraeducator will enjoy being active and mobile for most of the day. The successful candidate must be Pareducator certified or have the ability to obtain certification. For those unable to work full time, we have substitute/per diem hours are available as well. Applicants must be 21 years old to apply based on regulatory requirements.

Spaulding Youth Center is a leading provider of services for children and youth with neurological, emotional, behavioral, learning and/or developmental challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and those who have experienced significant trauma, abuse or neglect. Services include academic, behavioral health, residential, foster care, health and wellness and family support.
