HR GENERALIST

Spaulding Youth Center is a leading provider of services for children and youth with neurological, emotional, behavioral, learning and/or developmental challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and those who have experienced significant trauma, abuse or neglect. Services include academic, behavioral health, residential, foster care, health and wellness and family support.

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our HR team. The HR Generalist role is a new position, with room to grow as the department continues to evolve. It’s truly a generalist position, and will have a variety of activities and evolving responsibilities as part of a small, close-knit team.

The ideal candidate for the HR Generalist role will be motivated, flexible and eager to provide the best possible customer service to our hard-working and dedicated employees. If you work well as part of a team, have well-honed and versatile communication skills, are comfortable juggling tasks, are creative and proactive, possess strong analytical and data management skills, and have a sense of humor, we want to hear from you.

The HR Generalist‘s primary focus will be on recruiting, including representing Spaulding at job and career fairs, new hire orientation and helping to provide the best possible candidate and new hire experience. As the HR Generalist settles in, the role will evolve, based on their expertise, interest and our organizational needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to advance their career in HR in a mission-driven and meaningful work setting. The role requires an associate degree and 2 to 3 years of HR experience is preferred.
